Top Up Credits
How to add credits to your account.
Adding Credits
- Go to Dashboard → Billing (or click the credit balance in the sidebar)
- Choose a preset amount ($10, $25, $50, $100) or enter a custom amount
- Click to open the Stripe checkout
- Pay via credit or debit card
- Credits are added to your account within seconds
Minimum top-up amount is $10.
Fee Breakdown
When you top up, a small processing fee is added:

The Billing page shows two tabs:
- Transactions — All top-ups and deductions with timestamps
- Usage — Voice call costs with per-component breakdown (LLM, STT, TTS, SIP)
Payment Methods
letustalk.ai uses Stripe for payment processing. Accepted methods:
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
